In 2004, BREC partnered with the Crown Persecution Service, Avon and Somerset Constabulary, the Fire Service and the Army in a ‘Connecting Communities Partnership’ scheme at the Fayre, promoting employment in the Public Sector amongst the minority community, and encouraging dialogue between City representatives and the public.
